 en high-energy photons and nuclear matter\, focusing on photon-induced phe
 nomena at the nuclear-physics energy scale. Driven by recent advancements 
 in high-power laser technology\, it is emerging as a dynamic\, interdiscip
 linary field. Key areas include the generation of intense particle beams u
 sing lasers\, fundamental nuclear physics research through photonuclear re
 actions\, and the development of innovative techniques for practical appli
 cations.\nWe are pleased to invite you to the second IRTG Days\, which wil
 l take place from 22 to 23 May 2025 at ELI-NP\, Romania.\nThis workshop pr
 omotes the exchange and development of shared research interests\, enablin
 g early-career researchers to expand their academic networks and lay the g
 roundwork for future collaborations. Participants can also present their w
 ork and receive valuable feedback in an informal and supportive environmen
