DESCRIPTION:\nFifth PANDORA Workshop\, 4-5 September\nThe PANDORA project 
 aims at systematic measurements of the E1 response of nuclei relevant for 
 understanding the ultra-high energy cosmic ray (UHECR) spectrum\, and the 
 disintegration of these in the extragalactic medium at three main faciliti
 es: iThemba LABS in Cape Town\, RCNP in Osaka\, and ELI-NP in Bucharest.\n
 The first workshop\, where the project was officially launched\, was held 
 in June 2020\, and was focused on invited experts on various topics. Follo
 wing this\, the workshop has been organized once per year following the pr
 ogress of the collaboration\, with the 2nd workshop held on-line\, the 3rd
  workshop in Okinawa\, Japan\, and the 4th workshop in Kruger Park\, South
  Africa. Our aim of this Fifth PANDORA Workshop is to focus on contributed
  presentations regarding the most experimental progress from the RCNP camp
 aigns\, the potential of using photon beams\, and the impact of the new re
 sults on nuclear theory and astroparticle physics. \nTherefore\, we would
  like to invite those interested to participate to register\, and those in
 terested to present their recent work to register and submit a contributio
