The programme will begin with a welcome reception on Monday, 31 August 2026, offering participants the opportunity to meet each other and the lecturers at the start of the school week.
On Wednesday, 2 September 2026, participants will take part in a social excursion to Cheile Turzii, one of the most remarkable natural landmarks near Cluj-Napoca, known for its impressive limestone gorge, steep cliffs, and scenic walking paths. The excursion will offer participants the opportunity to discover the natural landscape of Transylvania while continuing scientific and social exchanges outside the lecture room. A pleasant dinner will be organized afterwards, providing a relaxed setting to continue the discussions and enjoy the local atmosphere.
On Thursday, 3 September 2026, the school banquet will take place at CHIOS Social Lounge, located in Cluj-Napoca’s Central Park, on the lakeside. The school banquet is not included in the registration fee and will be paid separately by participants.
