Venue
The School will take place in Magurele, Romania on the outskirts of Bucharest, a 30-minute drive from the city centre. The lectures and hands-on sessions will take place at ELI-NP (IFIN-HH Training and Conference Center).
Accommodation
Participants and lecturers will be lodging at the Hotel Continental Forum București, in the city centre of Bucharest, or at The ELI-NP Guest House, in Magurele.

Transportation
The organisers will provide transportation from the hotel to the venue. The meeting point with the local organisers is in front of the Hotel Continental Forum București at 08:00 each morning. All participants willing to benefit from this transportation service will have to reach the location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will display on the windshield a sign with the School's logo.

Participants are kindly advised to check whether they need or not a visa when travelling to Romania.
