Registration for the conference has the following steps:
- Abstract Submission (optional).
- Participant Registration (mandatory).
- Apply for financial support (optional, only if needed)
1) Abstract Submission
Abstract submission closed on 25th May. Speakers will be informed about the selection of abstracts by 15th June.

All participants (invited, submitted contribution, or attendance of the conference) are required to register:

Detailed Explanantion of the Participant Category:
| Category | Explanation |
| Society member | Individual Member of the European Physical Society (EPS) or individual member of a recognized national physical or astronomical society. In order to qualify for the discount, the name of the society and the membership number must be provided when registering. |
| Early bird discount | In order to qualify for the early bird discount, participants must register and pay by 30.06.2026. |

Students (up to PhD + 2yrs) |
PhD students should supply a letter of support by their supervisor confirming their status as PhD student. Young postdocs (up to 2 years after the date on the PhD certificate at the time of the conference) should supply a copy of their PhD certificate to confirm their status. |
