How to get to ELI-NP/IFIN-HH
IFIN-HH is located in Magurele, Ilfov County, in the suburb of Bucharest, at a 30-minute car drive from the city centre.
From Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport, you can reach the IFIN-HH facilities by public transportation and by taxi or Uber/Bolt. Approximate prices for Uber/Bolt from the airport to ELI-NP/IFIN-HH is 100-150 RON.
By public transportation:
The easiest way to arrive at IFIN-HH from the airport is by taking the train and two connecting buses, 610 and 487.
Take the train from the airport, and get off at the final stop, Gara de Nord railway station (aprox. 25 minutes; 5 LEI ticket).
From the railway station Gara de Nord, take bus 610 (approximately a 20 minutes ride) and get off at station Piata Danny Huwe. and there take the bus 487 and get off one station before the final stop, Institutul IFIN in Magurele (approximately 40 minutes).

For the bus use a 2-trip ticket costing 6 LEI (about 1.2 EURO), use the mobile app and pay by any card (download from the App Store or Google Play).
